Hm... My only guess is that, if a page is attempted to be mmap'ed as executable
by the preloader, and this fails, that we could print a better error message. 
I'm not sure other than that.  (And I'm really tempted to say this isn't
exactly a Wine bug, but perhaps you're right.)

I'll mark this as an enhancement, if you don't mind.  Oh, and the component
isn't ntoskrnl.  I'll put it in the loader.
