Not appdb bug. 

Needs Visual C runtimes...Use:
$ wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks vcrun6

Then it launches fine...Though for me it can't find the food database. Not sure
if that's an app bug/my fault/wine bug...
