Wine was updated to 0.9.56, ~/.wine was removed and recreated winecfg,
*without* installing a native comctl32.  App performance is much as seen under
0.9.55 with native comctl32 except a) no native comctl32 is present and b)
there are no stderr messages during app execution.  

At this point, with no messages to work with, but problems remaining, the best
path is probably to work from the AppDB reporting system.
