Sincere apologies, I specified the line wrong...!

WINEDEBUG=+tooltips,+msg,+spy,+relay

(Note the 's' on tooltips)...

Could I please ask for the log again, plus the same as last time (ie expected
text of the tooltip (preferable the start of it, as trace may truncate it)
