Installing Dragon also fails with an error dialog.

Running that .tmp by itself without options shows that
it's also failing with the volume information problem.

Raising priority back to critical; this is going to annoy
a whole lot of people.

Austin, if you could run the regression test, that would be great!
Alexandre's aware of this, and has his suspicions, but
doesn't know for sure.  Knowing which patch actually caused
it might help him.
