That's the version in the Debian bug (yes it's old). I've checked and it has
never been fixed, though, so I figured may as well use it.

As for the component, I had to use _obsolete_multimedia, because none of the
"non-obsolete" categories were relevant. MIDI is *not* DirectX and never will
be, it's a winmm part, introduced long before DirectX existed, and still
independent of DirectX, implementing functionality that don't exist in DirectX
(MIDI, CD audio, mixer API, high-resolution timers, etc).
