I've written the converter at the time I've being working on adding unicode
support to Wine, and at that time I thought that using .nls file as NT does
is the way to go. Alexandre had a different opinion on that.

I have no idea why there is "Matei Alexandru" copyright in the source,
I sent to him my source after a private request, and I don't nothing in
the source which I haven't written. I still have the original sources if
somebody needs them.
