Ketil:

The log you have attached shows that the program can't find several dlls which
is the reason it is not starting.

Like most programs, you need to start in the directory where the main
executable is located.  

something like:
cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Programfiler/Watchtower\ Library 2007/N/ && wine
WTLibrary.exe

Please try this and report back.
