[Bug 13961] SimCity 4 Deluxe fails to install.

I just tried it on another computer I have that hasn't had anything installed
through wine on it, and it worked fine. Unfortunately I can't play it on that
particular computer, business and play need to be kept separate. Suggestions?   

I would really not like to have to reinstall everything in wine again, although
it's looking like that is probably going to be the solution.
