I've deleted ~/.wine directory and reinstall vcrun6 and msxml4 (only), and now
it works. The problem lies in the registry, because this is the only thing that
survived my upgrades from one system to the other (i've got there Picasa
configuration and didn't want to lose it). Maybe the problem lies in the
msxml3. I've installed earlier this library as presented in the log to the bug
submitted in Your link. I can provide registry for this situation.

This bug can be closed. Information will be surely helpful for others (i've
seen in the appdb the same information from one user).
