yes the bug is fixed (as expected) ;-)
The installer successfully downloads .NET 1.1 Framework (not 2.0 as said
earlier) *and* .NET 1.1 Framework SP1.
The installation of .NET 1.1 SP1 will of course fail due to Bug 13995
So the reason this bug is about is fixed.

Fix CRYPT_QueryEmbeddedMessageObject to take ERROR_INSUFFICIENT_BUFFER into
account when using ImageGetCertificateData() to query for buffer size.
It's also a quickie.
