This bug appears in both versions. The main author of this issue is Tassilo,
which have posted this behavior in the comment to the bug #14155. This appears
as far as i remember in version prior to 1.0.0 (0.9.xx), but i haven't grasp it
because i do not use text comments. After resolving that issue (#14155) i've
created this bug report in order to create some clean state. When this report
was created the version which i was using was 1.1.0 thus this is the version,
to which the bug is assigned. It is *not the regression* from the previous
versions.
