I found that commit I was thinking of... from 12/03/2007, follows wine-0.9.50,
"ntdll: Added a sleep in NtGet/SetContextThread, a yield is not enough on some
kernels."  I tried reversing this commit in Wine 1.1.1 dlls/ntdll/thread.c, and
compiling with gcc 4.2.3 and this did not resolve the issue.  Not that this is
100% proof but, for what it's worth, it is not enough to fix it.
