With today's GIT (wine-1.1.1-147-gb3f4091) I can run Morrowind without
commenting out GL_ATI_envmap_bumpmap, probably thanks to commit
f981afd7d316612a821891d2ec92dc7155175be9.

It still prints
fixme:d3d:tex_bumpenvlscale WINED3DTSS_BUMPENVLSCALE not supported yet
on the shell, but at least it works without commenting out anything...

Maybe the same thing can be done to GL_ATI_separate_stencil?
