The missing commit id is:
[c088edeae7fed4645fa3f34fb5bacc1eeaa87706] wined3d: Use
GL_ARB_texture_non_power_of_two emulation.
This one fixes the rendering issue, but cripples performance ((*) in comment
#19).
Gonna do another test between 24 and 45 to complete the summary of the bug.
NOTE that all the tests were done with post-processing effects set to high.
