Removed the if-condition, so it's now always
gl_info->supported[ARB_TEXTURE_NON_POWER_OF_TWO] = FALSE;
gl_info->supported[WINE_NORMALIZED_TEXRECT] = TRUE;

Doesn't fix the performance though. It's even worse -> the intro videos now
also have low performance.

Going to try with postprocessing effect set to medium.
