Would someone be so kind as to e-mail me instructions to installing the patch? 
Assume I have the most recent release of ubuntu, and I got wine from the
package manager.  I also went ahead and got the 1.1.1 source via git, so if the
1.1.0 patch works with that, I'll try that.  I don't know how to apply a patch,
nor how to compile.  Think of it as helping a newbie learn.
