With current git and ORM=fbo everything is working for me. Everything at the
maximum except anti-aliasing = off.

This is with demo not the full game. Can you confirm you are testing this with
demo?

Henri's patch has no affect for me except removal of these messages:

fixme:d3d_surface:read_from_framebuffer_texture >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
GL_INVALID_ENUM (0x500) from glReadBuffer @
../../../wine.git/dlls/wined3d/surface.c / 920
