[Bug 13877] Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 fails to install

I tested it in 1.1.2, clean wineprefix. I did a custom install of Word only,
and the only native override I set was msxml3 (definitely still needed). 

The installer now gets past the generic error message and eventually installs.
I say "eventually"  because about 2/3 of the way through the progress bar stops
moving and the process appears to hang if that's all you're looking at.
Messages did continue to scroll past in the console at that point, so I let it
run, and after about 20 minutes, it eventually said the install was successful.
Word started up fine, but I haven't tested it beyond that yet.
