AcceptEx impementation. No data_len support. Messy code.

This AcceptEx implementation works as far as I can tell. I haven't written any
test cases yet, but it is much more robust than the previous patch. When
playing warcarft 3 b.net games, you will be able to join/create multiple games
and send/receive chat from other players.
