This is actually crap and complete waste of time - the
"workaround" in hhctrl.bas is simply:

SHELL "/bin/sh /usr/bin/run_prog kchmviewer " + pszFile

calling out to use the KDE chm viewer.

Not all wine user is linux user, and not all linux user is KDE user.
Please don't propose such "workaround" again.
