Now to the regularly scheduled program:

Please don't attach logs if we don't ask for them, they can be rather
distracting.  The default logs would have been fine.  From your log:

err:ole:TLB_ReadTypeLib Loading of typelib L"C:\\Program
Files\\IMSIDesign\\TCWP14\\Program\\IMSICTRL.TLB" failed with error 2

Error 2 is ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND.  If the file mentioned doesn't exist (please
check), it's likely a problem with the program's installation, not an OLE bug.
