It has to be failure when decompressing data.
I've run the installer on windows and I've copied all temporary data created
before running installer (it means all related directories from application
data folder - CanonUPW_000,UIW_IMAGE and WPDNSE) to windows/temp.
Then I've run /CanonUPW_000/INST/INSTALL/COMMON/Install.exe and it works!
