Problem still present in rc5.
I reduced all graphical options to the minimum or disabled them.
Now i get some more detailed error descriptions, does this help?
Shortly before it crashes i get several of this lines:
fixme:d3d_shader:print_glsl_info_log Error received from GLSL shader #91:
"Fragment shader(s) linked, vertex shader(s) linked. \n Validation failed -
samplers of different types are bound to the same texture image unit. \n"
