using +seh in the WINEDEBUG env var turned up this

trace:seh:__regs_RtlUnwind code=c0000027 flags=2
trace:seh:__regs_RtlUnwind calling handler at 0x7bc3aa00 code=c0000027 flags=2
trace:seh:__regs_RtlUnwind handler at 0x7bc3aa00 returned 1
trace:seh:__regs_RtlUnwind calling handler at 0x9c2c60 code=c0000027 flags=2
trace:seh:__regs_RtlUnwind handler at 0x9c2c60 returned 1

perhaps it's a bug in the RtlUnwind Function?
