Don't know, and can't help with that.  This isn't a support forum.

We mean, wine blah blah blah > test.txt.  This is really basic Linux stuff..

No, we want a download URL of a demo so we can try for ourselves.

Closing till you get a more recent version of Wine installed.  Reopen if you
can reproduce with a newer version.
