Free X11 lock after an OpenGL exception

Louis, I made a "more generic" patch on wgl that frees the lock made by
GL_ENTER() on any exception caused by opengl code.
That one will avoid the endless waiting for freed lock (and finally the crash)
found in autocad installer.

Patch is already posted on wine-patches.... let's see if that one is accepted !
