The commit 9c030d4660780363f5dcda9b33ee6bb4daeef822
(http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-cvs/2008-June/044823.html) fixed the
UrlCanonicalize bug. The patch will be included in Wine development releases
starting from Wine 1.1.1.

Now the package downloads, but the setup fails. In the log one finds:
"StopDarwinService() - Call to ControlService() failed!". Running the
downloaded dotnetfx.exe manually gives "StopDarwinService(): Darwin Service was
already stopped" and the setup claims to have completed successfully. I will
try to look into it (unless this is a known .NET 1.1 problem, but I haven't
found any bug report about it yet).
