There doesn't seem to be any windowing calls before the crash, this looks more
like a dsound bug triggered by some timing difference. You could try a +dsound
trace, but it looks like you'll have to debug this yourself; try to figure out
where the bad pointer comes from, it looks like a vtable address gone bad.
