Reconfirming this bug with wine-0.9.57

We made an additional check so see if this is really a wine bug. So I used my
Windows 2000 SP4 VM to start the dedicated server and hosting the game. Windows
machines could connect to the VM, but by local wine could not and other linux
machines also received the famous CRC error in DIFF.
