Debug output from Portal -dxlevel 90 on wine 0.9.57

I have this same issue.  I'm presuming it applies to all Source games... I've
seen it in Portal, TF2, and HL2Ep2.  It only happens at -dxlevel 90, 81 works
fine.  I'm running nVidia driver from 169.12 on an 8800 GT.  I can confirm that
I did *not* see this bug with nVidia driver version 169.09 on my old 6800 GS;
unfortunately I changed both the card and the driver at about the same time so
I don't know for sure which triggered the problem, but I'm guessing it's the
card.  I've attached the debug log from launching Portal at -dxlevel 90.  I
don't recall seeing the messages about "vertex samplers + MAX_TEXTURES(=8) >
combined_samplers" before with the old card, but I don't know if it's related.
