patch is committed today that implements oleacc.dll.GetOleaccVersionInfo, so
that bug is fixed. Also the installer finishes fine in current git. So all bugs
are fixed apparently. App starts fine here into the main window here. If you
run into other bugs with this app please open new bugreports
