[Bug 11963] Myst V: End of Ages does not run

Unfortunately, the installer for the Myst V Demo does not seem to be working. 
I get no errors and it doesn't crash, but after the InstallShield Wizard
preparation progress bar completes, the window closes and then nothing further
happens.  I have to quit the Wine virtual desktop window and it does exit
without any force (just clicking the close widget on the window).

In light of this, is there anything that I can do to provide more detailed
information to help find the root cause of this problem?
