[Bug 12139] Diablo 2 game window shrinks when application focus is lost

I forgot to add that this bug occurs using the expansion set of the game. I
have not tested this bug using the original game, although the demo of the
original game is also affected by this bug. The demo can be downloaded to see
this bug in action (if it is reproducible on a machine other than my own)
