TopSpin installation log using native netapi32.dll and samlib.dll

I ran the installation process loading both native samlib.dll and netapi32.dll
and it stops at the same point as before. Now note the call to the
unimplemented function RpcExceptionFilter in rpcrt4.dll.

Austin: Sorry about the version modification. I thought it was the right thing
to do :-( .
