Fix for SetupDiGetDeviceInterfaceDetailW

This patch addresses the page fault issue. SetupDiGetDeviceInterfaceDetailW was
returning a required size for the buffer that was too small; thereby causing a
page fault after a buffer of the "correct" size was allocated.
