For such a change, an additional conformance test might be needed.

Writing CT should be a no-brainer with the information I gave.

Example: Create a temp ini file with delete-on-close semantics
(FILE_FLAG_DELETE_ON_CLOSE), containing sample data and then call one of the
ini file APIs on it (GetPrivateProfileString, ..) reading existing values.
