There seems to be some oddities in switching the HDR mode.  When turning it on,
I get spammed with the following:

After restarting the client, graphics are visible again, with the blending
problem present.

Also, before having enabled HDR, I got the blending problem eve without it. 
Restarting once with HDR got rid of that though, now the graphics are correct
with HDR disabled.  My installation dates back to January and Wine 0.9.52 -
maybe this should be tested with a fresh installation?
