All tracks selected using Shift + mouse

Mp3tag showing the contents of a single directory with all tracks selected by
clicking the first track with the mouse, holding Shift, and clicking the bottom
track, i.e. usual Windows list selection.

What should happen is that in the Tag Panel (on the left), "Title", "Album",
and "Track" all changed automatically to "< keep >" meaning "Don't update this
value". This is because these fields have different values for each track.

This does *not* happen when tracks are selected using normal Windows list
selection techniques (Shift + mouse click, Ctrl + mouse click, Shift + cursor
down, etc.)
