patch to recognize 24 bit videos as non-8 bit videos.

So it's trying to parse a 24-bit video, except we don't know anything about
that format. You might want to ask Mike Melanson from http://multimedia.cx/
about it.

The attached patch will let you continue, but I have no idea if it's correct.
