About that error MessageBox, looks like wine might need a Winhlp32.exe:

0019:Call KERNEL32.LoadLibraryA(0033fc88 "C:\\windows\\Winhlp32.exe")

0019:Ret  KERNEL32.LoadLibraryA() retval=00000000 ret=004d0657

Wine does not implement this atm, copying it from a windows partition gets rid
of this messagebox, but the app still fails to start
