gdiplus does not run Dragon NaturallySpeaking. (It does install it.)
The most important error message is as follows. 

wine: Call from 0x7b8446d0 to unimplemented function
gdiplus.dll.GdipCreateLineBrushFromRectWithAngleI, aborting
