with native shlwapi

The trial seems to have the same problem if you click the "activate" button.
With native shlapi there is some improvement: the text is displayed now (see
screenshot)

However, clicking on the links doesn't do anything, guess that's still
unimplemented stuff in shdocvw/mshtml.

Conforming.

(Note: the installer has a nasty regression again, i'll open another bug for
that)
