in the end i see:
err:cabinet:FDICopy PFDI_OPEN returned zero for
C:\install\Autodesk\AutoCADLT2008InstallImage\.

err:msi:msi_extract_file Failed to extract cabinet file
err:msi:ITERATE_PublishAssembly Failed to extract temporary assembly
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"InstallExecute" returned

Might that be the problem?
