Invalid.  You can't run just the msi file without extracting all the other
setup files as well.  Granted you can cabextract the main exe, but even then,
you're not reproducing the right environment.  For example, I'm not running
into the same problem you are.  So, the first bug has to be fixed before any
other bug with this installer is opened.  Please file a bug for the first
installer not extracting and running the setup.
