dinput debug log

This was done when generating the debug log:
 - starting the game Rollcage 2 (Direct 3D variant)
 - wait until main menu appears
 - pressed cursor down key 2 times
 - pressed cursor up key 2 times
 - alt-tab to the console window and ctrl-c
