META-Attachment to set previous attachments as obsolete

Oh its all my fault. I forget to read the first line of the installation
description "Download d3dx9_26.dll and copy it to system/win32."
Due to I was unable to find that specified directory, I copied the dll into
system and system32 (and additionally into the manually created system/win32)
