Sorry, I steered you wrong.  That uuid was for winhttp 5.1, not 5.0,
so the DLL I pointed you to won't help.
Trying a windows version as you did is a reasonable approach
until somebody implements winhttp 5.1 for wine.

I see you still have riched fixmes.  Please try
  winetricks riched20 
as suggested by Louis.

This bug is getting awful shaggy... most of this traffic belongs on
wine-users...
