I do not have succes on my upload, but...
I did rm -rf .wine, after winecfg (to recreate the .wine directory), and then 
WINEDEBUG=+seh,+relay,+msi,warn+heap sh winetricks msxml3 > log.txt 2>&1.
the output of that is in the file clog.tar.gz, wich is attached.
The msxml with that command have been installed.
