diff of bridge install directory between wine and windows

Attached is a diff of the bridge directories with the binary file differences
deleted.  Of all the missing files (Only in...), none of these files is
supposed to be installed by msi; they are supposed to be generated in a custom
action(s).  You can also see that there's a problem with text encoding, e.g.
